When I'll Refer You to a Licensed Pro
If there's no existing electrical box where you want a fixture, or if you need a new circuit, a dimmer on a circuit that isn't compatible, or any work inside the electrical panel — that requires a licensed electrician. I only swap fixtures at pre-wired, properly-rated junction boxes.
